3-If your customers look suspicious, either make a video call to family members with the customer appearing in it, or simply cancel the ride
4-Do not drink or smoke in your vehicle

6-Finally, trust your instincts and call 911 if you feel uncomfortable or have a concern
A few concerns have always been reported in the public transportation industry.
1- In order to avoid unpaid fares, drivers should collect their money at boarding. In other words, riders MUST pay as soon as they seat in the car
2- As far as dealing with rides cancellations, all me can tell drivers is to make sure that the rider Closes the ride request as soon as a pick up agreement is met. DO NOT go for a pick up if the rider refuses to close the request.
3- The best way to avoid overpriced trips is read the advices provided at the end of the riders page
4- It is very important to read the driver’s review, then make sure that the profile picture matches the person picking you up, and verify that the license plate number also matches the one in the drivers profile. If ANY of this information is even just a little bit doubtful, you should cancel that Ride Request
