Quiif Payment methods

Since riders, drivers, and other independent third party providers deal directly between each other, all payments methods are allowed if agreed upon.

This include online payment methods and cash payments.

Online payment methods are diverse, with credit and debit cards and digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) being among the most common and secure options globally. Other methods include bank transfers, cryptocurrency, Zelle, Cashapp, etc.

Security Considerations

When choosing a payment method, security is a major factor. Credit cards and digital wallets are generally considered very secure due to robust fraud monitoring, encryption, and chargeback protections

How to avoid scams

A few concerns are always reported in the public transportation industry.

Quiif recommendations

1- In order to avoid unpaid fares,  drivers should collect their money at boarding. In other words, riders MUST pay as soon as they seat in the car

2- As far as dealing with rides cancellations, all me can tell drivers is to make sure that the rider Closes the ride request as soon as a pick up agreement is met.  DO NOT go for a pick up if the rider refuses to close the request.
