Drivers and delivery people are independent third-party providers and not actual agents, ostensible agents, or employees of Quiif.

What are the Consequences?

• You MUST purchase the proper car insurance
• You MUST purchase the proper business license required in your jurisdiction
• You are liable for any wrong doings that occur between you and your rider(s) while working for Quiif
• Your are responsible for researching and applying for all legal documents needed in your jurisdiction( Country, state, city) to perform any driving or delivering activities with Quiif. 

What  happens in a case of an accident?

• Your are not insured by Quiif
• In case of an accident, you MUST contact your insurance company

Failing to have proper documentations?

If we are informed that a driver or delivery person does not have all the required documentations to drive of deliver in his jurisdiction, Quiif will immediately deactivate his account and prohibit access to our platform until proof of proper paperwork is submitted
